We do not distribute, sell, or rent your name or personal information to any third party, and will never do so without your permission. This includes any e-mail addresses or mailing addresses that you provide. When you place an order, your mailing address is only for shipping use only.

From time to time, we will send updates such as special offers, new arrivals. At any time, you may express your desire not to receive these mailings, either by sending us e-mail or following the remove instructions included in every mailing we send.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

Delivery Guide

At this time, Tango Rouge Ballroom Dancewear ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, we ship merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations.  Please contact us if you have questions about shipping to locations within these areas.

Shipping will take 3 to 4 days providing we have the item in stock. If the item is out of stock, it will take 3 weeks to reorder and ship. All custom-made orders will take 3 weeks to process.  Shipping and handling fees for standard delivery will be charged according to the total order amount as shown below. Merchandise will be sent by Registered Mail or UPS.  We have found this method to be the most affordable to our customers. You must provide a valid street address for any order. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Please allow extra business days if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.
 

Our shipping department is tops: most orders are shipped by standard delivery within 24 hours of receipt with no additional rush charges!

Next Day Delivery is available.  We use USPS, UPS or FEDEX, depending on your delivery address.  You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS.  UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
Standard additional charge for next day delivery per item is $34.00.  We will notify you if we are unable to provide expedited delivery service for your order.

To guarantee next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 1:00 pm CST.



Returns Policy

Because your satisfaction is very important to us, we want to hear from you if you have a problem with a product purchased from Tango Rouge Ballroom Dancewear.  Please email info@tangorougeballroomdancewear.com or call (469) 877-6503  for a prompt response to your concern. 

  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of shipment.
  • There are no exchanges or returns on custom orders.
  • All returns and exchanges must include instructions for your return/exchange items, and must be accompanied by a Return Form.  Return Form can be obtained by emailing the reason for the return to info@tangorougeballroomdancewear.com.  Returns without a Return Form will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the item price. Only 85% of the item price will be refunded.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original new condition, unworn and with original packing. Please try on shoes on carpet to avoid scuffed bottoms.
  • All returns and exchanges must be sent postage paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
  • For exchanges, customer will pay shipping charges of $9.00 (skirts,tops,pants) and $10.00(shoes) through your credit card.
  • Refunds take 2 to 3 weeks to process and will be credited to your credit card account. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We send merchandise to our customers via priority mail with delivery confirmation (within the US), registered mail, or UPS.  Let us know by email or phone if you plan to go out of town so that we can hold the parcel until your return.
  • We will be responsible for the reshipping charges if we made an error in shipping the wrong style, size or color.
