We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. We also accept cashier's checks or money orders. Please do not send cash.
For shipments to Canada, please phone our office at 1-469-877-6503. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.
Taxes are only charged in states where the state specifically requires internet/mail order tax. Taxes vary by state.
Warranty: All of our garments and shoes are carefully inspected for quality and defects. If there are manufacturing defects, the garment will be replaced.
Please Note: Colors sometimes vary from photos and electronic images, something which we cannot control. Therefore, if you are matching a color or if you are concerned about the actual color of a new garment, we urge you to request a fabric swatch to avoid disappointment.
How to Return or Exchange
Because your satisfaction is very important to us, we want to hear from you if you have a problem with a product purchased from Tango Rouge Ballroom Dancewear. Please email email@example.com or call (469) 877-6503 for a prompt response to your concern.
Exchanges will not be sent until reshipping charges are paid. Products received for exchange will be held until reshipping fee is paid. Please contact us to receive your Return/Exchange Form and to pay re-shipping charges.
Delivery Options and Costs
At this time, Tango Rouge Ballroom Dancewear ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. Additionally, we ship merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping to locations within these areas.
Shipping will take 3 to 4 days providing we have the item in stock. If the item is out of stock, it will take 3-4 weeks to reorder and ship. Custom-made orders require 3-6 weeks to process. Shipping and handling fees for standard delivery will be charged according to the total order amount as shown below. Merchandise will be sent by Registered Mail or UPS. We have found this method to be the most affordable to our customers. You must provide a valid street address for any order. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Please allow extra business days if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.
Next Day Delivery is available; please contact us by phone with next day delivery requests. We use USPS, UPS or FEDEX, depending on your delivery address. You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. If your address qualifies for NEXT DAY AIR, you can expect delivery according to the following schedule:
